Job Title: Handyman/ Handyperson
Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Contract type: Freelance
Start date: 25th November
Salary/Rate: £14.50- £15 per hour (dependant upon experience)

As a large sub contractor, the building projects they work on are varied which ensure full engagement from their team.
The key operating sectors include leisure, healthcare, education, social housing, commercial, retail with project values reaching in excess of £50 million.
A large refurbishment works, full strip out and fit out of a commercial property. The project is currently in construction and still has 12 months left until completion.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks on a regular basis, fix electrical fixtures and handle plumbing/leakage problems effectively, determine tools and equipment needed for individual repair or maintenance job, maintain and organize building walls, floors and ceilings and to be able to utilize computers, calculators and telephone to perform duties
You will have gained circa 1+ year experience as a Handyman in a similar role
Have a valid CSCS Card
The ability to work seamlessly with clients and team on site.
