Multi Trade Operative/Handyman

Looking to join a committed team, of hard working and like minded individuals on site?

Location: Herefordshire

Responsibilities:



* To carry out work as directed
* To ensure all relevant information is supplied accurately, clearly and promptly as required. To be aware of and comply with all relevant and necessary company policies and procedures
* To work effectively and efficiently as part of the service delivery team
* Such other duties as necessary to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the organisation
* Survey measuring/assess order materials, Accountable for productivity/performance timescale and cost
* Carry out all works including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, vinyl flooring, decorating and tiling as required to complete all building work to a kitchen or bathroom to the required standard

* Be able to problem solve and work with minimal instruction
* Carry out clean, tidy and safe work
* Be smart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers
* Be applying for this job on their own, we aren't taking on teams/pairs of plasterers
* Able to travel

* Good practical skills

Requirements:



* A reasonable level of fitness
* Driving licence and access to own vehicle
* An awareness of health and safety issue
* CSCS Card
* Previous Site Experience
