MEP Project Manager My client, a leading Main Contractor in the UK, is seeking an MEP Project Manager to be part of their team based in Manchester. Experience managing MEP procurement and delivery installation stages of a large new build projects is essential. Responsibilities: Procure, manage, coordinate and quality control all the relevant MEP parties ensuring compliance with company Standards throughout the projectEstablish MEP procurement /packaging strategy aligned with building fabric elements and integrated into the overall programmeEnsure company tender submission documents are completed to the highest level incorporating all MEP technical clarifications, installation and commission-ability solutions.Assist Design Manger with provision of technical advice, to produce, agree and manage with all relevant parties, a realistic design programme and information required schedule to satisfy design, procurement and construction requirements.Ensuring that all works on site are carried out using approved method statements and risk assessmentsPlan and deliver snag free handover in accordance with project packEnsure MEP delivery in accordance with company standard procedures What do you need?
