Head of Product (ERP, Finance & HR) - Home based - up to £95,000 plus packageA successful, large-scale technology business is urgently seeking a new Head of Product for their ERP and core business systems (Finance, HR, CRM etc) to join their IT leadership team. It is a great time to be joining the business as they invest heavily in their technology platforms - right across core enterprise applications and customer facing systems.This role is based from home, with occasional travel to other sites. So you can be based anywhere in the UK.You will take ownership and responsibility for new products from cradle to grave - strategy, roadmaps, innovation and delivery across all of their ERP and core business applications. You will manage a team of product and technical specialists - enabling the business to deliver new functionality to internal users and monitise innovative new customer-focused technology product services. As the successful candidate you must have:A strong track record in Senior IT Product and Architecture Leadership positions - delivering large-scale, customer-focused applications / technology productsMust have experience of ERP, Finance and HR SystemsExperience of leading, managing and developing teams to support those applicationsAny experience of Oracle ERP, HCM / Cloud, Hyperion or Sage would be an advantage, but not essential (other ERP and business systems considered)Excellent communication skills and able to be business facing and customer facing You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes:Basic salary of circa £80,000 - £95,000 depending on skills and experience20% Bonus8% PensionPrivate HealthcareHome workingFlexible working This is an urgent vacancy where the hiring manager is looking to shortlist for interview immediately.
