Curriculum: UK Cambridge to IGCSE (Secondary) / IBDP
Experience required: 5 years
Salary: teaching salaries are up to USD $2500 per month
Sponsorship: Single or Married, tuition fee discount for families.
Contract: 2 years, renewable

School overview: Part of the largest school group in Indonesia, this Jakarta Campus is a private, government-registered school which offers an international style of education for both Indonesian and foreign students. All students engage the international style program, while Indonesian students also sit for Indonesian national examinations. Pre-school and Primary curriculum follows the Singapore system and the Secondary School adopts both the Singaporean and the Cambridge University programme to IGCSE level and the IBDP.

Location Overview: Jakarta is a melting pot of activity and is a very bustling typically Asian city. You will find all western amenities - shopping, cafes and restaurants etc plus you are at the gateway to Asia and the wonderful beaches and cultural regions that so many tourists flock to annually.

Requirements: Applicants must be fully qualified teachers with 5 years of post-qualification experience. You should ideally have previous experience of working overseas and ideally with experience teaching IGCSE programmes for Secondary roles. IB curriculum experience is also highly desirable. ESL experience is an advantage. You must have a desire to actively participate in extracurricular activities, school development projects, community outreach programmes and other school activities.

Salary and Benefits: Teaching salaries are up to USD $2500 per month (all salaries are paid in Indonesian Rupiah); USD $500 housing allowance per month; annual return flights to the teacher's home country; Visa costs; Medical insurance; Tuition discount for dependent children
