Head of HR
£50-60k

Our client, a construction giant based in West Herts, is seeking a Head of HR to join its business to deliver an effective and comprehensive HR service. Along with providing advice and general management to both individuals and your team, your role will be to work autonomously and independently providing operational support. The role has materialised due to an internal promotion and offers career progression over time.

Key responsibilities of the Head of HR role will include:
-Encouraging and supporting Succession Planning
-Designing and delivering in-house training and workshops
-Keeping the business aligned with current legislation and best practice
-Co-ordinating internal programmes
-Risk assessments
-Provide and deliver mediation where required
-Case management of employment tribunals
-Contribute to business plans, policies and procedures
-Manage employee relations

The ideal Head of HR will have:
-Experience working within the construction sector
