School Overview: Opening in 2019, in partnership with a leading UK-based day school that was shortlisted for this year's TES Independent School of the Year award, this brand new international school will be a co-educational boarding school for Chinese students aged 2 to 18. As a bilingual school it will meet the requirements of the Chinese curriculum in Grades 1 to 9 and progress on to the IGCSE and A-level programme. Ample space has been given to providing art, design, drama and music studios, the prepossessing 800-seater theatre being the first building visible to visitors of the school. Throughout the school there are sporting facilities that will include an Olympic-sized indoor swimming pool, a multi-purpose sports hall, a number of outdoor sports pitches and a 400-metre running track. The school will have a dedicated STEM and science hub with access to the latest technology and a range of well-resourced laboratories to support the delivery of a personalised, flexible and relevant curriculum.
