Help Desk Administrator - FM Service Provider - London (City) - Up to £24,000

One of the UK's leading Facilities Management Companies has an exiting opportunity for an enthusiastic and skilled Helpdesk Administrator to contribute positively towards their rapidly growing team. The vacancy is based in London (Liverpool Street). The successful candidate will have help desk experience, excellent administration skills and have ideally used Concept Evolution, Maximo or other CAFM packages. In return the company offer further training, career progression and a competitive salary paying up to £24,000 based on experience.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 Hours)

Main duties

* Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies
* Effectively monitor delivery of reactive works
* Foster client relationships
* Allocating work orders the maintenance team
* Ensure work orders are completed to meet the contractual timescales
* Manage the relevant CAFM systems appropriately ensuring that sufficient information is recorded
* Ensure that complaints are dealt with appropriately
* Ensure that labour resourcing is updated at all times that contains all the relevant contact details for their appropriate area
* Manage all contractors PPM activities
* Tracking job progress against pre-determined KPI's
* Report back to clients and contract staff on job progress and close out

The ideal candidate will have the following skills

* Reliable
* Hardworking and be able to work well under pressure.
* Knowledge of CAFM Systems
* Experience working in an office environment
* A proven track record in FM administration
