- The Regional Operations Centre provides helpdesk and business support services to a wide range of facilities management contracts. The Administrator is expected to deliver excellent customer service, supporting the Helpdesk team in the delivery of customer and business support to contracts. This will include purchasing and financial administration, managing correspondence and complaints processes, gathering customer experience data through surveys, working with the Helpdesk Team to chase information from contract teams. You will work closely with the team but be expected to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30am - 16:30pm
- £9.23 per hour + holiday pay
- Paid weekly every Friday
- Temp to Perm position
