Helpdesk advisor

One of my clients who are a large facilities management company are looking for an experienced helpdesk advisor, preferably someone with previous experience in FM. We are looking for a confident and effective communicator who is comfortable dealing with clients, contractors and management alike. This is an immediate start.

Within this position you will:

* Receive and log all requests via telephone, email and client systems

* Updating system at all stages of the work order from initial report through to completion

* Allocate work orders effectively, in a timely manner

* Maintain systems to ensure real time information is gathered and updates are available immediately

* Deal with client issues & requests communicating and escalating issues as required

* Deal with general administration including filing of orders and job description sheet updates

We are looking for

* Someone from a customer service background

* Helpdesk experience would be preferable however not essential

* Experience within administration including email, excel and word tasks

* A proactive approach

* Individuals who work well to tight deadlines

Working hours

Monday - Friday

8am - 5pm
