Access Planner

Whiteley, Fareham PO15

£8.92 per hour + Holiday pay

8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Temp role - Starting ASAP - ongoing position

Duties Include:

* Manage access requests outside of the Regional Planner ownership
* Manage the inbox
* Manage the relationships for third party access sites, ensuring correct adherence to site rules and costs are monitored and escalated accordingly
* Ensure P1 and P2 are updated every 30 minutes and 2 hours
* Ensure RAMS are compliant, liaising with the OM and RSQA team where necessary
* Report/escalate to TLs examples of multiple access blockers/denials
* All WO have a note within at least the last 3 days, ensuring chases are made within 2 days
* Fulfil any DEO requirements
* Manage various accreditation streams as determined with HoSD and Business Support Manager


* Proven background and experience of working within a fast moving environment.
* A good understanding of customer service levels and key performance indicators
* Good communication skills and IT
* Understanding of supply chain/basic planning process (order, production, delivery)
* Microsoft Intermediate Excel skills
* Knowledge of Maximo or similar CAFM system.
* Educated to A Level standard or equivalent business is desirable
* A knowledge of the hard services and facilities management sectors is desirable
