Helpdesk






Helpdesk Administrator's for a day shift position working between 7am - 7pm and one weekend in four. Shift patterns can vary from 7am - 4pm / 8am - 5pm and 10am - 7pm which is advantageous.

Reporting to the Team Leader and working as part of a team, you will be working in a very busy environment carrying out a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:



* Logging faults and scheduling emergency works
* Processing purchase orders
* Processing purchase invoices
* Data entry
* Fleet Administration
* Booking of Travel and Accommodation
* Collating and Distribution of Health & Safety, Site and Client Manuals
* Updating job sheets and closing down works
* Producing Sales Invoices
* Reporting for management on various contracts

Experience:



* Previous Helpdesk, Scheduling or Planning experience would be advantageous.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage your workload and work on your own initiative
* This position offers an excellent basic salary plus benefit
