This Ofsted "Good" school in Crawley is looking for a member of staff to join their energetic KS1 team to support across the KS1 and lower KS2 years and confidently. This school is looking for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work with small groups inside and outside classroom teaching. The ideal candidate for this school will show a level of adaptability to ensure that they reach each individual in their class and inspire them to be the best that they can be. Currently this school educates approximately 390 pupils, including SEN and EAL, with leadership offering support so that each teacher is able to give every individual the best chance. This school is looking for someone who is passionate about supporting the current team across to work flexible hours, who can start ASAP.
