Requirements: You will be responsible for developing a cohesive, purposeful and proud House which consists of students and tutors where you will oversee pastoral, academic and administrative needs of one of the six houses. You will be expected to develop positive and supportive relationships with students and parents and will be managing information related to student welfare. You will monitor homework and evaluate progress to identify strengths and weaknesses and implement action plans where necessary.

You should have a track record of previous work as a pastoral team leader and of monitoring set targets in a specified action plan to evaluate and ensure progress. You will demonstrate effective leadership with the student body. You should posses great emotional empathy and be a strategic thinker who can drive improvements in teaching and learning.
