We are currently recruiting for a temporary Housing and Repairs Officer to join a busy and fast paced team for 3 months based in West London. You will be dealing with complaints on a day-to-day basis within the compliance team.

*Knowledge of MS packages (Word, Excel)

Previous experience of dealing with residents in social housing, project planning and dealing sensitively with customers.
