Company Overview

Are you an experienced Housing Officer looking to contribute your skills to a successful Housing Association? If so, a part-time contract has come available for you to apply for. This is a temporary position which is ongoing for a minimum term of 4 - 6 months.

Your Package



* Monday - Wednesday (27 HOUR)
* £11 - £14 p/h

Your Responsibilities



* Responsible for all Housing Management issues and queries
* Seek to minimise Rent loss
* Ensuring properties are up to a good standard within a specified timescale
* Manage all administration tasks and handovers
* Implementing repairs policies to ensure tenants are aware of costs regarding damage to properties or the surrounding area
* Liaising with internal and external teams to ensure condition of void properties are monitored so that they are presented and maintained to a high standard
* Manage starter tenancies within designated communities
* Respond energetically and in a timely manner to any reports or concerns of safeguarding or hoarding cases

Your Experience/Skills



* Experience as a Housing Officer in previous roles
* Able to begin the role at full speed with minimum training
