A vacancy has opened for a HR Administrator at our client, a globally known, large household products manufacturer in Manchester. This position is required to provide additional support to the HR Team.

This position is flexbile working hours of 24 hours per week which could be worked over three days a week working 9am to 5pm or five days a week working 9.30am to 2.30pm.

Information

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: Up to 24 hours per week, either three days 9am-5pm or 5 days 9.30am- 2.30pm (combination of hours can be worked providing 24 hours are worked between core working hours of 9am - 5pm.

Pay Rate: £10.00 per hour (Weekly Payment)

Duties

Provide administrative support to the HR & Occupational Health team to include but not limited to;



* Update and modify of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (data entry input)
* Report writing in Microsoft Word
* Creation of presentation materials in Microsoft Power Point
* Filing/archiving of data in line with Data Protection
* Use of web based applications (e-forms)
* Regular communications via Microsoft Outlook

Requirements

Within this role candidates must have the below skills;



* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Good knowledge of Microsoft packages - able to create and edit document sin Word, Excel and Power Point.
* Experience and use of Microsoft Outlook.
* Proactive and efficient
* Ability to communicate with different stakeholders (team members, employees, managers)
* Reliable
* Good attention to detail

Desirable

The below points are not required however are desirable;



* Experience within a HR Administrator role

This position is required for a minimum of 6 months with potential to be extended. Development opportunities potentially available for those wishing to progress.
