Are you an experienced HR Advisor/Generalist? Are you looking for a new temporary challenge?

Are you able to multitask effectively?

Our client in Kingswinford is looking for highly experienced HR Advisor to work on a temporary, ongoing role. Based in a production plant environment, you will need to have the right mix of experience and diligence in order to feel comfortable dealing with people on all levels, from floor staff to management.

Responsibilities



* Payroll
* Contracts
* Dealing with Disciplinary matters
* Management queries
* Staff queries
* Administrative tasks

Your skills/Experience



* Flexible approach - adapt to meet daily circumstances
* IT Skills - Ability to fully use PC's and associated software
* Relevant experience is a must - CIPD desirable
* Ability to work on own initiative

Benefits to you

£35,000 Per annum (Temporary contract)

£19.23 per hour

Monday - Friday

8.30am - 4.30pm

20 days holiday plus bank holidays
