HR Associate

Are you organised, friendly and looking for a new job opportunity?

A Tier 1 construction company is looking for a HR associate to join their team in Uxbridge on a contract basis for duration of 12 weeks. The role is paid on an hourly rate at £12.50 - £14 PAYE.

HR experience is necessary. Construction experience is ideal.

Responsibilities



* Updating documents - phone, project lists, charts and schedules
* Manage documents
* Liaise with multiple teams
* Carry out DBS checks and ensure Right to Work documents are obtained
* Monitoring holiday and sickness reports
* Dealing with senior operations managers and labourers
* Office Archiving
* Manage new starter and on-boarding process
* Work closely with key stakeholders
* Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls

The ideal candidate will have:



* Relevant HR qualifications (CIPD / CHRP)
* Good understanding of HR work
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry/working on-site would be a bonus
