    Digby Morgan are excited to be working with a rapidly growing organisation in the automotive industry located at Milton Keynes.

    As a business partner primary responsibilities will include building out the HR function, managing employee life cycle from hire to off-boarding and ensuring the employee relations and labour requirements are met.

    What you will do:

    • Understand, analyse and interpret people data to support business direction/planning and objectives.
    • Provide relevant HR information/reports on a regular basis.
    • Accountable for the administration, advice, and guidance on all employee life cycle matters
    • Assist management and leadership team in resolving employee relation issues, recommending action for sensitive and complex situations; and provide risk mitigation solutions.
    • Work with leaders to ensure performance management is being effectively deployed in support of our high performance culture.
    • Create and deliver appropriate learning and development programmes.
    • Lead on varied culture projects throughout the business, implementing initiatives whilst simultaneously ensuring excellent communication and collaboration across all their Locations.

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or Employee Relations field.
    • Familiarity with full cycle of the employee experience.
    • Good problem-solving and project management abilities
    • Outstanding teamwork skills.
    • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular).
    • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Motorsport in industry experience is a plus.
    • Experience recruiting different type of profiles, engineering, or automotive environments.
