Are your a HR Manager looking for a new challenge in an ever chaining environment and with a clear progression path?

We are recruiting on behalf of a UK Top 50 construction company who is in a period on expansion.This will be a varied role but key areas of focus will be to support the People plan and lead the process and activities to ensure that the talent, retention and growth objectives are delivered.

There will be a requirement to develop an excellent understanding of the business needs through building relationships with internal and external customers

The successful candidate:

* Will be CIPD qualified
* Will have experience of working in a complex and demanding environment, giving constructive advice
* Be up to date with industry and legislative changes
* Have the ability to drive the recruitment and retention strategy
* Be able to demonstrate their experience in manage direct reports and working in a multi facet business

Alongside this you will also be:

* An excellent communicator capable of building relationships across the business which will promote and encourage the integration of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
* A strong HR generalist with knowledge to challenge and interpret policies and procedures and their implementation by management teams.
* Experienced in providing both remote and face to face advice, guidance and direction.
* Skilled and confident in taking the lead on projects including Employee Relations matters, reward and change management programmes.
* CIPD qualified.

This role will be based in Luton but will require travel to across the North and South Home Counties.
