Position: HR Service Delivery Senior Generalist (Mandarin Speaking preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently deliver HR operational tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, assignments, employment passes, employment certification letters, HR queries, benefits, and payroll operations with high service standards and within SLAs.
EU/UK Employee Law experience
APAC Employee Law experience
Customise and conduct engagement campaigns and knowledge-sharing sessions (both on-site and virtual) to benefit our stakeholders.
Identify and address pain points through regular reviews and propose effective solutions to the Team Lead.
Initiate and support process improvement and enhancement projects.
Develop effective communication and relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Add value by proposing innovative solutions to meet the needs of different Business Units (BUs).
Ensure consistency and quality of HR services on a day-to-day basis.
Maximise team effectiveness by supporting the Team Lead and team members.
Step beyond your comfort zone to find effective workarounds and solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of HR or relevant experience.
Strong passion for HR operations, solution ideation, and seeking challenges while being detail-oriented and managing confidentiality.
In-depth understanding of HR policies and best practices within the EU & APAC region, with the ability to present information clearly and answer stakeholder questions.
High degree of autonomy and proactivity in operations.
Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Reliable, energetic team player capable of working under pressure.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin preferred (written and spoken).
Experience in payroll and benefits.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
