HVAC Maintenance Supervisor - University Campus - Milton Keynes - £38000

One of our major clients is currently looking to recruit a HVAC Supervisor to be based at a large university campus close to Milton Keynes.

The role will be working as part of the busy maintenance team and will be focusing on managing the day to day running of the estate including all HVAC systems and a small team of engineers.

The benefits of the role are as follows:

* Hours - 7.30 - 16.30

The main details of the role are as follows:



* Assisting in supervision of HVAC contract including PPM planning, reactive tasks.
* Management and supervision of 6 staff members.
* Liaison with clients/stakeholders.
* Supervision of sub-contractors.
* Supervision of planned maintenance via FSI Concept Evolution CAFM system.
* Supervision of SLA's and KPI's.
* Supervision of all health and safety on site including risk and method statements.
* Supervision of statutory compliance.

Applicants must able to meet the following criteria:



* Recognised qualification in either HVAC, Combustion/Heating, Refrigeration, HVAC, Electrical or Controls
* IT literate with working knowledge of MS Office
* Previous Supervision experience
* Ideally having a managementqualification
* Excellent communication skills
* Health and safety qualification
* Ideally experience in FSI Concept Evolution CAFM system
* High degree of self-motivation and dedication to achieving excellence
* Diligent, professional and flexible
