* Full mechanical packages with a HVAC specialism
* Up to £1.5m
* Projects in London

The role:



* Pre-tender meetings
* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
* Manage sub contractors.
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Procurement / ordering materials

The package:



* £35,000 to £45,000 per annum
* Car allowance
* Travel expenses
* Pension
* 23 days holiday
