This role is ideal for someone with interpersonal skills and is reliable, responsible and uses initiative. The main purpose of the role is to provide telephone and desk side support to the constabulary, diagnosing and resolving customer calls while tracking and recording the incidents and requests raised using the Marval call logging system.
