In partnership with Philips Healthcare, Randstad are pleased to be advertising for the role of Inbound Customer Service Advisor for up to 6 months with the potential to extend. Philips Healthcare is a globally recognised healthcare and technology brand.

Working Hours and Pay Rate:



* £10.77 PER HOUR
* 09:00AM to 17:00PM
* Monday to Friday, 5 HOURS PER WEEK

Responsibilities:



* Answering inbound calls
* Order Processing in line with On Time In Full/ Customer Service Level requirements
* Keeping an accurate record of the status of offers & bookings
* Regular updates to customers with regards to order and delivery status
* Tracking deliveries to completion, or effecting re-delivery options (including returns if required)
* Processing & Action on relevant SAP reports
* Participation in cross-training to provide effective cover
* Participation in customer meetings / projects as directed by the Management

Requirements:



* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Strong customer focus
* A highly organised and methodical approach to tasks, with the ability to follow through processes (good attention to detail is critical)
* Good computer skills - in particular Excel (knowledge / use of SAP is an advantage, although training will be given)
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
* Initiative and a positive 'can-do' attitude
* The ability to 'forward' think and work under pressure
* The confidence to handle complex situations
