Inbound Customer Service - Middleton

£14,500 per annum + realistic OTE £17,000

Working hours are rota shifts between Monday to Sunday from 8am to 9pm - 38.75 hours per week
Shifts will be on a monthly basis.

We are currently recruiting for our client, a world leading contact centre who is looking for a Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Middleton. The successful candidates will join a lively and ambitious team and will be responsible for taking inbound calls from existing customers whilst offering any products or services available to the customer.

Responsibilities



* To take inbound calls from existing customers
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
* Making the customer aware of any additional products and services
* Overcome customers objections by fact finding
* Work to realistic weekly targets
* To undertake further training and development to further develop within the company
