Job Title: Infrastructure Designer/Solution Designer (SC Cleared)

Clearance Level: Minimum SC Clearance required

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and SC-cleared Engineering Solutions Expert with a proven track record in service management platforms, network management, and infrastructure management. You will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions, ensuring security posture, and providing platform uplifts aligned with enterprise operational needs. You will also report and communicate weekly activities to senior management, ensuring smooth project delivery.

Experience Required:

• SC Clearance (or eligibility to hold).
• Able to regularly attend Defence offices as required by customer/platform needs.
• Holds a technical degree or relevant industry experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and update complex design artefacts.
• Strong communication skills, able to engage with diverse customer types both internally and externally.
• Proven stakeholder management experience across a variety of roles and seniority levels.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Service Management, Network Management, or Infrastructure Management.
• Understanding of ITIL practices and their application to IT Service Management platforms.
