Inside Sales Representative (Spanish speaking) Role:

- Act as the subject matter expert in the Pipeline-To-Order-To-Cash process within region including the opportunity and quote creation process
- Build business relationships with prospects and customers over the phone, via email and through social channels
- Responsible for ensuring that all elements of the quotation process are completed accurately and on-time, including pricing, sales/deals desk approval and data integrity. Ensure maximum profitability and order success rate are achieved and business risk is minimized
- Partner with the sales team and channel community to structure and review quotes, ensuring all reviews and approvals are in place for non-standard terms
- Communicate with the sales teams to clear up any missing information or inconsistencies on quotes/orders; provide continuous cross-functional operational support specific to sales operations
- Support the execution of an efficient, consistent and accurate forecasting process
- Research and analyze historical data in support of sales
- Coordinate and plan necessary training documents and presentations for new hires
- Complete ad-hoc projects as required
Inside Sales Representative (Spanish speaking):
- Educated to degree level
- Business fluency in English and Spanish
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial acumen
- Self-motivated and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed
