Installation Administrator

Are you an experienced Administrator or Customer Service Advisor seeking an exciting new role?

Do you have first class communication and organisational skills allied with a proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment?

-Installation Administrator

-Full-time, long-term temporary role

-37 hours per week - Mon - Fri

-Central Bristol location

-£10 - £10.67 per hour

My client, a well known utilities company, has an immediate opening for an Installation Administrator to join their team. This long-term temporary role will continue into 2019 and would suit a pro-active individual with outstanding communication and customer service skills.

The Installations Administrator is responsible for co-ordinating the customer interaction relating to the servicing, repair or installation of boilers. Managing the customer journey from point of sale to full completion of the installation, you will provide first class customer service ensuring every customer has a memorable experience.

You will have similar administrative experience having worked in a fast-paced corporate environment. Knowledge of the Home Services business and basic technical knowledge would be desirable. Demonstrating excellent organisation skills allied with strong written and verbal communication skills, you will possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Outlook, CRM and AX. The ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility in terms of workload management is key to this role as you may be required to take on a variety of administrative tasks at short notice.

As an Installations Administrator, you will be able to stay calm under pressure, remaining courteous and professional at all times and demonstrating outstanding service to customers (internal and external). A self-motivated team player, you will be keen to use your initiative to solve problems quickly and efficiently whilst building external relationships with customers and colleagues.
