Are you an administrator available for a temporary role until June? Do you have experience in the insurance industry?

We are looking for an administrator for a temporary contract for a lovely company in Hatton, Warwickshire. It is an insurance company who deal with private clients, in particular motor and household.

Your Responsibilities



* Support the team with dealing with any enquiries regarding household or motor insurance
* Answer the phone and deal with any queries or pass on to the relevant person
* Process quotes and send through the system
* Have conversations with insurance companies when needed
* Process insurance renewals
* Process payments
* Any administration tasks required

Your Skills/ Experience



* Administration experience
* Must have worked in the insurance industry before
* Good customer service skills
* Ability to use initiative
* Must be able to work independently at times
