Are you an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor on the look out for a change?

Location: Essex

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. You will be based across a range of sites in Essex and the surrounding areas.

The projects will include groundworks and civils schemes. They are currently working to a NEC form of contract.

The role is a permanent intermediate surveyor looking for progression within a busy contractor that are looking to break into the area.

You will be responsible for:



* Assisting Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Issuing Sub contract drafts
* Collating information for monthly reporting (CVR)
* Ensuring all paperwork goes out with the correct items
* Dealing with any pricing variations
* Responsible for project changes and variations

Requirements:



* Degree / HND in Quantity Surveying
* Minimum 3-4 years post graduate experience as an intermediate quantity surveyor
* Excellent IT and maths skills are essential
* Attention to detail
* Excellent report writing
* Experience in highways maintenance is essential
* NEC experience
