Internal Account Manager Package:

Internal Account Manager Role:
  • Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of Insight’s offering
  • Report into and learn from the Sales Manager, engaging with virtual teams in order to support and manage demand generation
  • Develop business relationships with the key decision makers of customers in order to upsell and retain business
  • Establish and develop stakeholder relationships with a confident, consultative approach
  • As well as developing relationships over the phone, meet clients on a face to face basis to uncover their needs
  • Produce, negotiate and close sales quotes
  • Support and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual profit based forecasts in order to drive business growth
Internal Account Manager:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Some understanding of the IT industry
  • Equally comfortable working independently as in a team
