Are you an experienced recruiter looking for an opportunity within an internal recruiter role? Are you available immediately for either a 6 month temp/contract to possible perm opportunity working on a full time basis? I am supporting one of my clients with an opportunity for an experienced internal recruiter. This will ideally be someone who has a blend of in-house and agency recruitment and will ideally have 4-5 years experience.
On a day to day basis you will be;
*Liaising with line/recruiting managers to discuss and agree a recruitment plan for their opportunity
*Writing job adverts to attract the best candidates
*Using a variety of social media platforms to assist with the proactive attraction of candidates to the business
*Liaise with external recruiters with enough confidence to negotiate fees and to say no when not required to support
*Conduct first line interviews or support for line managers with the interview process
*Give feedback to candidates with updates on the recruitment process
*Respond to all applications within an agreed time-scale
*Work within the HR team to agree and confirm offers of employment and to prepare associated offer paperwork
*Assist within HR as required during quieter recruitment periods

Skills and experience required;
*Must have a minimum of 4-5 years of in-house and agency recruitment
*Experience of writing detailed job adverts
*Able to demonstrate a mature network across a variety of social/business network platforms
*In depth knowledge of employment law, specifically relating to recruitment practices and policies
*Experience of managing multiple recruitment projects at a variety of stages at any one time
*Ability to work in a very fast paced and ever changing organisation, that has high level competition within the candidate market

This is a newly created opportunity to support a very busy HR team with their recruitment. Although your primary function is and will be proactively recruiting into the business, you will be required to support within the HR team as required. This can be a temp or contact opportunity for a period of 6 months, however is highly likely to become a permanent position due to the extensive recruitment plans.

The full time salary equivalent for this opportunity is £25,000 to £28,000 per annum. The hours of work are full time, however if there was the ideal candidate wanting a little flexibility on working hours, this would be considered.
