I am recruiting for a full time 6 month contract for an internal sales person to join a highly successful team, who take absolute pride in their customer excellence and delivery. Based 100% on the phones, you will be delivering on your sales targets, client quotes and turning around orders within a small time frame. They are recruiting for an inbound sales person to join and enhance their sales team by converting business opportunities, delighting their clients and exceeding targets. As an internal/inside sales person, you will be delivering your sales targets, converting calls to quotations and orders, advising customers on products, influencing customers and up-selling products and generally maximising all opportunities. On a day to day basis you will be;
*Receiving and processing orders
*Negotiating prices with customers
*Advising customers on products and up selling where an opportunity is there
*Follow up on leads that have been generated for you
*Offering complete bespoke and tailored packages to prospective customers
*Dealing with customer queries & providing quotations
*Order inputting and management
*Managing potential/customer database
*Supporting with all departments at busy times
*Working to very tight SLAs
*Completing all related administration and database management as required

Skills and experience required;
*Excellent customer service skills, ideally telephone based
*The ability to convert business, negotiate and generate sales through up-selling and cross-selling
*It is essential that the successful candidate has the ability to react to variety of tasks and changing paces
*Experience of working in a sales environment would be ideal but is not essential for this job
*Good IT skills
*Strong level of written and verbal communication
