IT Business Analyst

An innovative service provider in East London is urgently seeking a new IT Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be required to capture the customer's requirements, identify any functional gaps and present a solution through either existing functionality or identification of new product features. They will work with the client through all of the project lifecycle including but not limited to initial engagement, options appraisal, test strategy, training, system activation and go live criteria.

Responsibilities:



* Leading incremental improvement and supporting strategic change initiatives
* Developing and specifying detailed end-to-end business processes, procedures and requirements
* Supporting effective engagement with third party suppliers to ensure delivery and acceptance of externally developed solutions
* Provides support in strategic work to determine fundamental requirements for business plans, business architecture and the formulation of business change initiatives
* Designs, specifies and oversees the delivery of features within the business system (including both on- and off-system elements), taking direction from senior colleagues
