IT Helpdesk

IT Helpdesk - Full Time - Basingstoke - Leading National Company - Excellent working environment

Do you have IT support experience?

Are you customer focused, professional and looking for experience with a leading brand?

Our leading National Facilities and Construction client based in central Basingstoke are seeking a customer focused IT Helpdesk Advisor to work on a level 1 National Contract. Working within a busy IT Helpdesk Team, you will ensure that IT 1st line operations and general support is provided to the maximum to internal customers.

* Immediate start available
* Excellent working environment
* Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week)]#
* Training provided
* £10ph + Holiday Pay (weekly pay)
* Long term contract

Duties Include:

* Provide first line support via email and phone for basic IT support
* Assist with day to day administration and communications
* Act as initial point of contact and ensure data is logged on the internal systems
* Support the team in ensuring tickets and requests are closed within SLA
* Provide excellent customer service


* Previous IT support or Customer support experience
* Competent IT skills including use of MS packages
* Proven customer support experience
* Immediate to start or short notice
* DBS check (or happy to have one conducted)
