Our leading infrastructure client are seeking a IT Quality Assurance Specialist on a long term contract. Working within a highly successful team, you will play a key role in establishing quality assurance discipline for key IT services and processes to support owners and enable the IT organisation to improve and measure the quality of its delivery.
Duties Include:Design, implement and improve the company UK IT's quality standards.Coach and correct IT service and process owners to ensure that standards are met.Review processes to ensure that they align with current best practice and meet business needs.Establish a framework of procedures and documentation to support inspections and tests of quality across core services and processes.Assist service and process owners in developing quality measures and metrics.Implement initiatives to advance Quality Assurance methodology and processes.Ensure adoption of company UK's quality systems and tools.Liaise with internal Quality team as needed and align proposed quality management improvements Educate the IT team in advancing Quality Assurance methodology and industry best practices.
Immediate to start or short notice Driven, professional and keen to develop / progress Proven IT QA experience - ideally with a large national business Demonstrable experience in quality management methods and ISO standards (i.e. ISO27001).Good knowledge and experience of the ITIL® V3 service management framework.Ability to analyse data and create and review processes.Excellent communication skills.A desire to help others achieve their best.
