Job responsibilities:
- Set targets for each individual learner and understand where each student needs to progress
- Ensure that all safeguarding and college policies are included for each day
- Fulfilling other duties that may be required including parents evenings and college events
- Ensure that all theoretical work has been marked and in accordance with examination results
- Work as a team with other teaching assistants and staff to ensure that all students are engaged and motivated


Key Skills:
- Must have Qualifications in either PGCE, QTS, CERT/ED or a degree in Level 4
- Excellent I.T Skills
- Own means of transport (essential)
- Ability to work as part of a team.
