ITIL Process Specialist - £35-£45k

Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong ITIL process background? Would you like to join a non-profit organisation, currently going through a major IT investment and transformation phase? If so, this could be a great option for you…

You will join an established IT Service Management team who provide a wide range of IT support and project work for a user base of c2500. They are a Microsoft first organisation, and ITIL is at the heart of their processes and service delivery model.

There is an option to be based in either, Stratford (East London) or Sidcup (Kent).

Your primary focus will be the integration, automation and optimisation of all ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities



* Integration, automation and optimisation of all processes aligned to ITILv4 ITSM operating model



* Evaluating business processes (within Service Management & Service Delivery), anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions/new processes


* Take the lead on regular reviews of ITIL aligned business processes and developing strategies to improve and optimise


* Identify, measure & analyse impact of proposed changes


* Co-ordinate project scope works through to implementation & transition into production - (producing high quality documentation)


* Take the lead on Service Delivery transition/acceptance testing


* Act as custodian of the ITSM support model (from a process point of view)


* Interact with internal stakeholders to understand client process needs, and how to integrate them into company processes


Skills and Experience:



* Experience of Process Improvement & Business Analysis
* Good presentation and report writing skills to lead and facilitate workshops and meetings
* Knowledge of transformation, service redesign, automation, process mapping, business analysis and service improvement models.
* ITIL certified (preferred)
* Strong documentation skills
* Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
