Java Developer - London - £30,000 - £45,00

Are you a Java developer looking to take the next step in your career? Do you want to work with a company that truly invests in your development?

An Investors in People accredited Insurance company is looking for a talented Java Developer to join their North London based Development Team. Working within a fun and lively environment, you will be instrumental on a number of key up and coming projects such as redesigning of the main CRM system and a full AWS environment migration.

Key responsibilities

* Contribute to the full application development lifecycle incl. testing and quality assurance
* Optimise and maintain best coding practices and ensure these practices are adhered to
* Provide technical support and solutions to internal clients and the wider business, effectively communicating tech to non tech
* Attend meetings about development updates and ensure technical documents remain up to date

What you'll need

* Solid Java development background
* Working knowledge of MVC
* Experience working with relational databases
* Understanding of RESTful web services
* Knowledge of front end technologies
