While this opportunity focuses on managing existing customer relationships, part of your responsibilities will include creating new relationships with clients that could benefit from Johnson Controls service offering.

Key responsibilities:
  • Driving territory management activity model, cross-selling/upselling services where possible
  • Keeping abreast of industry and territory changes, trends and developments
  • Generating new leads for business and introducing them to Johnson Controls service
  • Working with different departments to deliver projects to deadline and to the client’s satisfaction
  • Managing contractor accounts, whilst actively selling smaller project opportunities
  • Supporting customers with onsite knowledge (surveying, configuration, pricing/quote activity)
  • Managing and reporting on all interactions and pipeline activity through the Company CRM
The successful candidate will be adept at negotiation and skilled in managing many different stakeholders within a single organisation (liaising between departments like procurement, executives, project management, and risk control amongst others). They’ll also display the upmost professionalism both internally and externally.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
