Are you looking for a fresh start in the new year? If so this could be a fantastic opportunity for you, Randstad CPE is currently looking for a maintenance joiner to work in occupied housing in the Aberdeen area.

Role/Duties

* Dealing the customers on a face to face basis, going into there home and checking and maintenance repairs that need attended to

* Carrying out all maintenance work

* Managing time effectively

* Responsible for servicing and carrying out post completions and work in progress

* You must have extensive experience in working on social & domestic housing
* Problem solving any issues that may arise while in the property

* Make sure the work area is clean and tidy at all times
* Complying with health and safety

Qualifications

In order to be considered for this role you will need to hold the following qualifications/tickets:

* Gold CSCS skilled joiner card

* 2 - 3 working references from working in a similar role
