Our client is a rapidly expanding Finance Broker with over thirteen years of specialist sector experience. Since 2007 the firm has raised nearly £1bn in commercial finance for UK SME’s – they’re now looking for ambitious graduates for a number of roles, holding between zero to two years of experience, and a degree to a 2.1 level standard.
Junior Account Manager Package:

Junior Account Manager Role:

- Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the company, its offering and suite of financial products available for their customers
- Prospect for new business, through supplied, qualified leads or by directly calling potential customers and developing relationships with them
- As part of the graduate development programme, sit one on one with a senior director or executive account manager
- Proactively and progressively develop a growth pipeline, closing all possible opportunities to achieve and surpass targets
- As you progress, manage del flows and pipelines on your own account
Junior Account Manager:
- Educated to a 2.1 degree level standard
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed, you’ll be smart and articulate too
- Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record with some selling experience (no matter how small!)
