Key Account Recruiter (TEMP CONTRACT), Pareto Law Sector: RecruitmentThis is not your typical recruitment role. We are hiring 6 Key Account Recruiters to support on an 8 week project. Working on roles for one of our largest blue chip accounts you will engage with candidates from our pre-existing database to identify talent and coach through our assessment process. This role is suited to those with recruiting/resourcing/telephony experience (although not necessary!) – you will need an ability to communicate effectively, manage your time well and meet KPIs. Following your initial induction and training on our Virtual Assessment, Recruitment and Coaching processes, your typical day-to-day responsibilities will include:Speaking to a variety of potential candidates for our virtual assessment centresEvaluating relevance of candidates through telephone screening and virtual interviewsPreparing and coaching candidates through the process, including regular video call contact, to ensure best chance of success at the Virtual Assessment stageAssisting in the running of our Virtual competency based Assessment Centres, including the assessment of candidates and directing the eventsBenefits:£18k basic – paid weeklyBonus/incentive schemesOption to go to perm hire in either Wilmslow or LondonRequirements:Some recruitment experience advantageous, though not essentialComfortable operating in a Virtual setting and a target driven environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTenacity, drive and a competitive naturePersonable and confident dealing with a range of individuals at every level of businessAdaptable and malleable, willing to learn new skills and challenge yourself when neededPareto Law values diversity and promotes equality.
