Junior Administrator
Would you like to work for a nonprofit organisation based in Central London? Do you have experience in administration?

Our client is a nonprofit organisation based in Moorgate London looking for Junior Administrator to join their growing team. The roles offers role in line with experience up to £23,000 p.a.

As a Junior Administrator you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the European National Councils' team in helping to grow and deliver member-led activities through the local Councils' programme of work.

We are looking for someone who can support the team and is responsible for looking after day to day administrative tasks including preparing and issuing invoices, responding to enquiries from members, preparing marketing emails, scheduling meetings and data management. Day to day tasks vary dependent on work schedule so the working day needs to be planned proactively.

National Council Development
*Liaise with all Councils to assist with their day to day requirements, as directed by the Senior Associate.
*Coordinate dates for each Council's Executive Committee meetings throughout the year.
*Maintain an events calendar that can be shared and used for planning and speaker matching purposes.
*Using the event calendar and membership data, work with other teams to identify and help deliver initiatives that help the company grow membership and convert non-members.

Event Support
*Maintain a close connection with the Customer Services' team in the US to ensure the effective set-up and registration of all National Council events.
*Respond to member enquiries regarding events.
*Create, run, and update database queries related to meeting registrations as requested; Flag up any outstanding debt and follow-up through to collection of debt.
*Perform quality-checks on data for each event.
*Assist with additional event logistics as needed.

Email Marketing
*Maintain the National Councils' email marketing schedule and liaise with the Director, Marketing and Communications, Europe. Writing and editing copy for marketing emails and newsletters and scheduling out the emails.

*Processing of incoming invoices and liaising with vendors and internal Finance team.
*Tracking and chasing up payments.

*Provide Europe events support as and when agreed as a priority for the wider team.
*Provide general administrative duties (scheduling calls, meetings, travel and answering phone)
*Serve as the main point of contact for member queries ad monitors Europe email inbox.
