Junior Business Development Executive Package:
- A competitive basic salary of £25k
- Y1 OTE of £10k, taking total package in Y1 up to a potential £35k

- Full, 360 sales cycle from the off – this is not just a cold calling role, you’ll manage your own opportunities from start to finish, delivering demos and engaging with clients and prospects directly!

Junior Business Development Executive Role:
- Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the company and their offering
- Approach prospects over the phone, via email and through social selling
- Build business relationships, schedule meetings and introduce the company and its services in these meetings
- Rekindle dormant accounts and examine capacity for upsell with existing customers
- Creatively prospect and work directly with clients
- Support and learn from the CCO!
Junior Business Development Executive:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Comfortable in a target driven environment and an excellent relationship builder
