Resident Liaison Officer

A construction company is looking for a Junior Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. This role would be suitable for someone with 3 months - 1 year experience who is looking to develop themselves, and also for college/uni leavers looking to get their foot in the door within the construction industry.

Note: The starting salary for this role will be between £17 - £20 K

* Maintain and develop all tenant related activities with control and co-ordination whilst establishing close working relationships with all customers, clients and external stakeholders
* Assist in delivering excellent customer service
* Undertake any customer related initiatives including door to door surveys, visits to housing offices and telephone interviews
* Linking with customer/residents / line management
* Make initial contact with residents
* Visit tenants with details of work content
* Communicating with residents/ client throughout works programme
* Attending meetings
* Collating & presenting reports
* Project administration

The ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* An understanding of the Construction Industry would be a bonus
