Supporting students in both their classroom and residential settings will be the main focus of this job. With your understanding and positive mental attitude, you will support students with physical and complex needs to participate in specialised therapy and key life skill sessions.

Job responsibilities:
- Supporting students in KS3 and KS4 to participate in educational sessions
- Understanding the social and emotional needs of students
- Providing personal care and physical assistance
- Building excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with students, staff and external agencies
- Attending training days and meetings
- Complete the level 3 diploma in Residential Childcare (if not already achieved)

Key Skills:
- Must have experience in Care, Nursing or SEN education
- Must have own means of transport
- Must be flexible in working hours
