This over-subscribed popular primary school in the Crawley area is looking for someone to join their warm and welcoming KS1 team. They are searching for a flexible person to support the current team in their calm and orderly environment where respect for the individual is paramount. The schools supportive leadership team works to meet the needs of all of their staff and pupils needs through a nurturing environment. This diverse and inclusive community school currently educates approximately 210 students, including SEN and EAL.
This school is looking for a passionate KS1 teacher with experience of teaching the curriculum across the KS1 years. The ideal person will be able to demonstrate the ability to inspire the pupils to have respect for all members of the school community. This school is wanting someone who has initiative when delivering lesson plans, and can adapt to ensure that they are helping every child in their classroom reach their full potential. They are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong behavioural management skills, making sure that each individual shows positive behaviour in and out of the classroom. They are wanting someone who can support the current team in the safe and stimulating environment to start in December to cover sick leave.
