This lively Church of England school based in Haywards Heath is looking for a flexible person to join their caring KS1 team. With modern classrooms, a computer suite and an extensive outdoor space this is the perfect school to encourage progress in all areas of learning. With the intention of creating independent learners who have a life long love of learning teachers are encouraged to deliver exciting, enriching and challenging lessons in line with Christian values and ethos.

This school is looking for a confident member of staff experienced in teaching across the KS1 years. Ideally the chosen candidate will be adaptable in and outside the classroom with ensuring every child's continued progress. The school is looking for someone who will be able to deliver lesson plans that are in line with the schools values in a creative and exciting way to keep every child engaged. The ideal candidate will be driven inspiring the pupils to fulfil their potential through challenging and exciting lessons inside and outside the classroom. They are looking for a flexible member of staff to support the current warm and welcoming KS1 team. This role is due to start in January for the term.

- Deliver engaging lessons to ensure every child's continued involvement and progression
- Keep up to date records of students progression and attainment
- Adapting lesson plans to get the most out of every child in the class
- Provide stimulating and exciting outside lessons to compliment indoor learning
- Embody the school values and inspire these in the younger generation

- Relevant qualifications (PGCE, QTS, etc.)
- An up to date DBS on the update service
- Previous work experience within a primary school
- Understanding of the national curriculum in KS1
- Eligibility to work in the UK
